Communications
There are several ways to communicate events related to FCU with our community - verbal annoncements, written announcements, the FCU eList (listserve), and our monthly Bulletin newletter. FCU sponsored events of general interest submitted to the Bulletin, written annoucements, or FCU eList will be listed on the Happenings page on the FCU website.
Communications deadlines:
- The Bulletin - 9am the 3rd Monday of each month - Submit notices for publication in the Bulletin to bulletin@fculittle.org.
- Written Announcements - 10am Thursday prior to Sunday service
- Featured Verbal Announcement - make a reservation ahead of time with the Church Office Administrator

Annual Reports
Committee chairs and other lay leaders submit individual annual reports in April on their activities for the church year for inclusion in the annual report which is distributed at annual meeting in May. The following resources are available to lay leaders who are submitting reports: Due Date and Guidelines for Submitting an Annual Report and Annual Report Word Template.
Expense Reimbursement
Fill out the Expense Reimbursement Form and place in the Treasurer's mail cubby in the church office to get reimbursed for a committee related expense.
