FCU FY 2026 Stewardship Drive
On February 9, 2025, FCU kicked-off our annual Stewardship drive and announced this year’s theme—Happy Together! Over the next several weeks, testimonials will be shared by FCU members telling us why they belong to FCU and support our congregation with their talents and, yes, with a pledge of financial support. We will wrap up our Stewardship drive on March 9, with a celebratory lunch following that morning’s Worship Service.
With all the social and political turmoil in the US, it’s more important than ever that we can rely on our Beloved Community for support. We mourn together in times of sadness, celebrate together in times of joy, and work together to fight for justice, equity, and inclusion. We are safe together, strong together, Happy Together!
Of course, the cost of maintaining our community is increasing along with the costs of everything else. The financial fact sheet below projects a 4.4% increase in expenses over the current year’s budget; funds necessary to keep FCU active and vibrant for the future. Your generosity during last year’s Stewardship drive allowed us to present a balanced budget at our Annual Meeting; let’s keep that momentum going with this year’s Stewardship drive.
Here is a link to the online FCU FY26 pledge form. For those who would be more comfortable with a printed pledge card, here is a hardcopy form which can be printed and delivered to our Assistant Treasurer. We are grateful for the generosity that each pledge represents to help meet the needs of this congregation we all love. If you are pledging for the first time and have questions, please email stewardship@fculittle.org, or contact any member of the stewardship committee. If you pledged in FY25 and are able to, please consider increasing your pledge.
There are a variety of ways of fulfilling pledges. In addition to checks or cash, credit card contributions can be made through PayPal. Stock transfers and Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCD’s) are also accepted. If you are thinking of a stock transfer, please email treasurer@fculittle.org for instructions, and for those of you who are at least 70 1/2 years old please consult a financial advisor for information about the QCD benefits and requirements.
We look forward to seeing you in person or virtually on March 9 immediately following the service for lunch, fellowship, and entertainment.

The Stewardship Committee
